As far as I know, this site is legal in all European countries and other "western" countries.

But in UK if a girl looks like she might be underage, like 17 or whatever, which i got to say you do get a few on here that dont look 18, then were responsible for proving her age, of course we cant do that because no record keeping. So were fucked?

We don't allow any pics of minors to be posted here, even with clothes on.
The limit is 18, not a month less.

For cases when you suspect that the person in the picture is underage, click on the report picture button and type in your conserns. all reports will be checked and our mods will take a closer look at the picture. If the mod agrees that the subject is under the age of 18, the picture will get deleted.
If you know for sure that someone on a pic is under 18, report it and type in that you know for a fact that the girl is a minor. Provide evidence if possible, and the picture will be deleted.

Hopefully this eases your mind.

We do all things humanly possible on a community like this to keep all the pics 18+.
