have you tried clearing your cache and then reloading?

have you typed in your password on the "edit profile screen"? as well follow these specs.."image is 100 by 100 pixels or 10240 bytes whichever is smaller (For Sponsor Members this is 25600 bytes)".

,,as well it could just be a bug in the new WBW version that Diz has started. give it some time

update it, then press F5..that should clear it up and show
