Because your IP changes everytime you access another document, my script had a hard time to get track of you! If you log on now, the scripts get your USERID and track your USERID when you surf the site! So everytime you are on this site with the current connection you are using you have to log on 
Or ask your provider for a STATIC IP 
The script that was blocking your views was the External view script (it works on IP bases)
