How to handle potential problems, Managers Please Help.....

I have a couple of people who are pretty new here trying to stir up racial issues using me as bait, and I don't want any trouble with the managers here because I have been a member here for a number of years now. I value the friends that I have made here and I don't want to lose any of you.
