How to get in touch with this company?????

I tried many times to send messages to What Boys Want with no luck. Can't get past the code. Have tried all types of Upper and lower case but cannot send message. My payment for an upgrade to sponsor has cleared my bank, but have not been upgraded yet. Been longer than 36 hours, so my question is how long does it take and how to get in touch with someone. Tried to get hold of place I made payment to but it is in foreign language I do not speak or read. Maybe I just learned a lesson not to join anything when I can not talk with a live person. Any way it was a one time payment for one month, so lesson learned. Any comments from other members with similar problems?

Have you contacted our support department? What payment method did you use?

As you can see everything worked out, your sponsor membership is activated!

I blame the problem on Diz. It's all his fault.
