How many votes???

How many votes did you need for the toplist because i have a lot pics with 8,.. Points and they aren't in the toplist. One pic has 22 votes and 8,14 Points but this pic isn't in the toplist

it used to be 10 to be in the top 5 of the month and 15, for the top rate from the beginning
but it has been increased (as the members umber increased), i think it's 25 now
and it is refreshed once or twice an hour before appearing in the home page
