Not true, I remember when ©Latino (lol) was a youngling and he to started a thread much like this one, it was called "ThisIsntTrue" and now Latino sits high above the rest of us members on Mt Olympous with the rest of the ®WBW CREW, even the younglings can make "Crew" if they work not hard @ all

It has been possible for young members to become mods.

For example Bangle, he was a member for what, couple of months, but he brought himself out so well that we took him to the Crew very quickly

And I myself were a member for about a month and had ~10 posts before I became Crew, but things were a lot different then

But how you become a mod is basically as said in this thread;

Help out other members.
Be a good member.
Make good posts.
Get to know The Crew.
Do not ask to become Crew.
And definately do not make a thread "How can I become crew

you also have to reort pics and posts that break the rules and guidlines (it proves that you know how the site works)
