can we get something that shows what pics are pending to be uploaded? so i can tell if its gonna happen or it vanished again lol...

It can be very frustrating. I just looked again and no 'Q' pics try again and it should show there. It won't be loaded 'till a pic mod approves but it
will still show in your profile page.

Yeah, you have zero pending pictures right now. 
Also, you have the longest signature ever. By word count though -- I think i've seen longer ones due to being multiple lines and such, but yours has more words in it that any other that I'm aware of.
