Hot or not section

I was wondering if the votes a pic has gotten, could be removed? atm you're kinda driven to give a vote to a pic which lies in the neighboorhood of the votes already given.
it would be nice if you would see what others voted, after you voted, so you don't get influenced.

another thing about the Hot or Not section...

pics who are rated once already can be in first place. I think a rank should be awarded when a pic has more then 10 votes or something.
perhaps it would also be a good idea when the ppl who uploaded the pic, can't vote that pic. so we get a more honest rating.

A picture needs more then 20 votes before it comes in the top...

I think the uploader should be able of voting on his own picture, considering that the rating should represent the average impression of the picture.
The reason the uploader probarly will give the uploaded picture a high rating himself is that the uploaders usually upload pictures they like

Offcourse I have seen some really nasty pictures voted 10 by the uploaders , but hey! I don't think it'll ever hit top 10 for that reason - and the 10 can still be representional for the sick and perverted (Yes! I am judgemental).

I think in the hot or not the rating should disapear, and after you voted the rate should be displayed. A good thing is people can't vote on picture they have uploaded them selfs. because mostly they give 10's...

I like the more biased voting system alot better it gives one the hillarius ability to really bump pictures down the top 100

No you have a average system, work well enough. Have to think another system for car rating.. but working on it.
