firefox peforms an illegal function when I open an outside link from wbw...?

so like 70 percent of the time when I click on a link from wbw, like in the fun forum or whatever, when I close that website, I get this error message saying that wbw performed an illegal function and needs to close. Then I have to restart firefox, which is very frustrating.

I'm just trying to figure out whether it's my computer (which would be strange since I don't get the error message when I click on other links from other sites) or whether other people have had issues like that as well?

thanks in advance

That's not an error I've ever encountered with FF. Have you tried to unintall it and reinstall it?

I've never had that problem either, I would go with Ves and un-install then re-install

I have FF and don't get any errors. Have you downloaded the newest version of it?

I just got firefox about 2 weeks ago, haven't had any problems yet. And I'm still wondering how I survived all this time with IE!

Have firefox and never had a problem with it. Neither on Windows nor on Linux.
Maybe it is not firefox which is the problem??

I to have been crashing with FF1.5 it just started happening within the last too weeks. It happens mostly on video sites. I have uninstalled then re installed minus extenstions and still have a problem. The illegal function error has something to do with "ntdll.dll". Not sure yet but I will find out. I am also leaning towards the Gates conspiracy theory.

Me too. It's too annoying, especially when I have about five tabs open then all of a sudden. BAM. GONE!
