Extremely Slow Site Speeds

I have noticed over the course of the last week that the speed to watch and download videos on the website has gone down. It can take me 10 minutes to download a 5 minute video.

I was curious if anyone else has been having this issue. I have tried Firefox, Edge, and Chrome, removed my extensions, and still it does not resolve. I have also checked other websites as well as monitored my internet speed and all these are unaffected. It seems so far like its just related to the website.

This could be an issue between our servers and your ISP. To diagnose this we need to do a trace route and some testing by downloading some "dummy" files and see what the speed is. What is your connection speed advertised by your provider?

What is the speed of the following file, if you download it:

What does the speed say on:

Speed should be 600mbs down, 15mbs up

The test file 250mb.bin is downloading took about 13 minutes to download.

The speedtest shows a ping of 39ms, download of 147.77 Mbps and upload of 6.80 Mbps

The speeds ... so far... seem to have improved a little since I last posted as well.

13 minutes for 250 Megabytes should be around 2 Mbps... That is WAY too slow.

I am going to contact our isp and see if they are aware of interconnect problems.

Most information you can give is not something you should post in public, do you know how to do a trace route?
