I uploaded 100 pics and 1 video maybe 4-5 days ago. The video was reviewed within 24 hours, the pics have not been touched. Does it normally take this long? And for some reason, I have 0.10 credit, there isn't much I can do with that.

There are currently 250 movies in the movie queue and a bit less than 6000 pics so the queue time will obviously be a bit longer for those 
I think the average waiting time is around a week but it depends on the mods and the number of uploads obviously.
A note on your uploads though: the majority of them are sideways, we won't accept those. A lot are also obviously professional or watermarked which is also against the rules.
If you don't want your upload limit to decrease and waiting time to go up, I'd advice you filter your pics according to the rules before uploading them...
