deleted uploading que pics

hi, i would like to know which is the criteria of deleting pics, i see all my pics (original content, yes me and wife) being deleted with reasons like " No uploading material that has been altered or any fake content: no color-grades, no filters, no crops, no collage stitches, body morphs, or “cumshops.” or " No uploading material that violates copyright law: no porn-stars, no professional cam-girls, no professional models, or copyrighted material that you do not have copyright ownership of. "

Fake? i see other user uploading my pics and off course they aren't the original posters, since i'm the one (i can provide EACH exif data of each pics i see uploaded from somebody else " ... like this pic for example

any help on how to our pics uploaded without getting annoyed?

Yes I’m fairly new here. Would really like to know what the alphabet chart means on your profile. I’ve had 8 photos not get uploaded and 3 successfully. Only the alphabet chart as reason.

Do you know how the other user would have gained access to your photo for them to be able to upload it? I ask because if you post your images on other sites, and that’s where the successful uploader found it, then there’s not really much that can be done about it I don’t think.

Ok, so there are a number of reasons as to why an upload might be rejected:

D = Duplicate
M = Mark (website, watermark)
P = Professional
U = underage (in the opinion of the moderator)
E = extreme (scat, abuse etc.)
Q = photo quality (blurry, lighting)
A = altered
O = other (a reason not listed above)

I assume these are the letters you are referring to?

Yes, the professional category is a tough one to navigate. Influencer's on IG are not models unless they actually receive monies or services for said shoot. Now if the photographer that took the pics is a pro, then the pic is considered a pro pic by the letter of the law under copyrights.
The way it works is photographers are the only copyright holders of any pic taken at any time and can file a complaint on any pics he/she have taken.
Professional models do not even own their own works, they have to buy copy right access to even publish them anywhere.

Sometimes I find pics that are not pro, but have a DMCA complaint filed against and know not to allow it on the site.
It's a big dodgy minefield that can turn into a mess real quick. And then you have people that scrub .exif data from pics and that makes it even more difficult to accept or deny on the site, because of no results in our search when clearly it's a pro looking pic.

If you see what looks like a professional shot, please feel free to report it as images can slip through the net. Then a moderator will check it out and possibly remove it if they find it to indeed be a pro shot.

well... our pics are on other places on the internet, so they found it and uploaded it, but that's not a problem for me... if they do means that they appreciate the pics, my concern was on why i got my uploaded que deleted, and also.... it took like 2 months!!!!

none of those:

D= when possible i try to not upload duplicate pics, indeed my upload que was not having any .
M= no pics were holding website (we don't have) or watermark (we don't need)
P= professional? well.... debatable, we use a digital cam...(in a amateur enviroment, not a professional studio) is that maybe the reason?
U= we or better say SHE is not underage.
E= Extreme? facial anal and cumshot we do it is not extreme
Q= we only have high res pics , way over 2540x1440
A= none was marked as altered
O=other no explanation for ... "other reasons" ... wich i think it's something that has no public explanation.

I must have misunderstood your question around that specific photo then. If your uploads are already on the website (uploaded by someone else) then they will be automatically deleted and marked as "duplicate".

The website has a piece of software that automatically checks for duplicates in the queue, so you don't need to worry too much about this. With so many images on the site it'd be impossible for any user to know if they were attempting to upload a duplicate image or not.

Have you checked your delete log to see what reason has been given for each image being rejected?

The image (visual) hashing is not perfect as if somebody rotates/cropping or color correct the image it will not show as duplicate. Resizing an image will be detected.

We are aware of the slow moderation process. This is because we don't have enough moderators atm to moderate it quick enough. We are working on "verified badge" that will give you front of the queue with your original content. If you content gets uploaded without your permission please let us know, we will take action.

One of your pics is a pro and came from met-art and was marked appropriately. Many are cum shots, which according to the babe gallery rules are not allowed, Rule 4 on the link Sentinel provided in post #5. As far as the pics marked altered, they are yours to do with how you please.
