so i'm thinkin there b a caption contest. u submit a caption for random pics chosen by the webmaster, they get voted on for funni factor and who gets the most votes wins credits or something

Well, in some way, there is already something to win credits in the gallery : if you post a comment on one pic and someone click on the "awesome" button, you will gain credits for that.
Not sure a lot of people use it at the moment as it's still new but maybe that will be the case later on.

Actually what you are looking for is a kind of . hot or not" diveded into sections ?? - pls - read my forum - I love ladies - and more than mosts - but to keep this site "up-date" - creative minds are needed !!
Was this in the sports forum earlier or am I tripping? I figured he meant funny captions for sport pics.
