Change a low quality Picture in the Database with a higher Resolution?

Hi.

I wantet to Upload a Picture, but it was already in the Database. I got a much higher Resolution of the Pic. Is there any Chance to Upload it and delete the Pic with the lower Resolution.

Report it as damaged. Upload new one

or better yet upload in the appropriate forum topic

Could be a good feature, upload at a certain picture or at upload check if same file and accept if size is bigger... But problem is this could be abused and needs a check.
