Is this a temporary site problem or something wrong with my account?
Clicking a download button gets "Access is denied to this object." I've cleared cookies, restarted Firefox and logged in again. IE does it, too.
The site, in its entirety, has been having some problems with keeping credentials in-line with the multiple servers and causing people to be logged out which is applying a similar bug to the download servers. Dizzy, the manager is aware and working on it.
I'm going to assume you're having the same issue I am. Go to the movie page and select Download MP4 original. That's working for me while clicking from the "thumbnail page" is giving Access denied.
For what it's worth, it hasn't told me I'm logged out since it started doing this.
Server is currently APP03, but I think it's happened on more than this.
I am lookin into it, I have done a lot of changes to session behavior and this could be a direct result of this. I will keep you guys update and hopefully fix this very soon.

Hi everyone, I'm having the same problem. When I click on the "Download"-Button I get the same message....access denied. I just changed my browser from Firefox to Chrome. Since then I'm having this problem with both browsers....can it be browser-related? Thanks for your work!
