Bought Sponsor but not showing up

Hey guys I purchased a sponsor membership this morning and it is not showing up that I have one. I let last month's expire and bought a new one. I e-mailed the support but they haven't got back to me yet, any ideas?

If you have sent an e-mail you should wait until Senja or Diz-X has time to answer. Usually they do that withing 24 hours.

Log off, clear all cookies, click that is in you sponsor email and log back in. I think that is the standard procedure.

Yeah, logging off and on usually takes care of it.
