unless theres something obscenely disgusting about the picture, we dont disapprove pictures for girls not being really hot. our job is simply to sort

theres a reason we have a 10 scale, if we only approved girls who are 6 and above then youd only have the option to vote 6, 7, 8. 9, or 10.



also, next week im hiring 2-3 new picture mods to help out with our picture queue to fix this problem.

Having tons of pics is what makes this site great. Not everybody is into the same thing. While I prefer to look at the 9's or 10's myself others enjoy old ladies and chubbies. It's all a matter of personal preference.

Short of sending pics of my GINORMOUS penis, how would I find out more about the pic mod job?

newnick, FeFe does all the hiring so you'd have to talk to her. Although the way it's usually done is she just picks people, there's not an application or anything and it's not considered good etiquette to ask for the job. If you're around enough and FeFe thinks you'd do a good job then she lets you know. It's one of those "don't call us, we'll call you" kinda deals. I don't think I've ever seen anyone become a mod with only 46 posts though. Generally (but not always) the people who get moved up to mods are the ones who are pretty well known around the site.

But again, it's all in the hands of FeFe and she makes the call so she's the one ya gotta talk to.

edit: damn dude. You've been here since 2003 (longer then me) and you've only posted 46 times in all that time? I could never keep my mouth shut that much

You will also need to submit a resume, prepare for a full body cavity search, and bring FeFe something shiny to the interview. At least that is what I was told.
