automatic picture loader

Since I consider myself a Rater (someone who rates pictures) I wondered if there exists an automatic picture loader (apl) like in the section "hot or not". When you rated the picture, the next picture appears automatically. I guess it doesn't exist eg in the section "top of the babes"...

Maybe it is impossible to make this apl? Or even better maybe they're working on it and it will work soon...?

If you're using Firefox or Chrome, I could make you an userscript for that.

Quote:
User scripts, or userscripts, are scripts that make on-the-fly changes to specific web pages on the client side (in the browser or a proxy server), typically to change their appearance or to add or modify functionality.

- If you are using Firefox, you must first install an extension called Greasemonkey. Here https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/greasemonkey/
- If you are using Chrome, it works without further addon.

Then you click on this link http://hotfile.com/dl/125054503/65263cb/wbwautorating.user.js.html
Your browser will ask you if you want to install the userscript, just say yes and it will work.

Basically, you'll get this:

When you rate, the next image is loaded, and the previous image rating is displayed in the left column like in "hot or not" mode.

edit: updated script to handle per user and per category display.
edit2: fixed a bug when there is no previous image available.
edit3: added support for cars.
edit4: improved code injection.

Awesome - I have been waiting for something like this where you can vote on individual users or categories.
It seems to work well - Nice work - Thanks for building it !!!!

I've made another one.

I may be a harsh rater... but anyway I've assumed that when you rate 9 or 10, the picture must be so good that it should be in your favorites. I'm usually too lazy to actually do it (that's why my list is empty), fav button too far away from the slide zone or from the rate button.
So I automatized it: if you rate 9 or 10, the picture will be added to your favorite.

This is one fine idea, I only ever browse on safari, on iPad and iPhone, is there any way to get that code on mine?

The iPad is jailbroken if that helps

I don't know about that. Is it a normal Safari on those machines? If yes, install the NinjaKit extension from here: http://ss-o.net/safari/extension/NinjaKit.safariextz

Since Safari is using the Webkit backend like Chrome, that should work the same.

You could try to install iChromy web browser on your iPad. Not sure if it allows extension though.

It should work with opera without any addon, although I can't test it.

To enable User JavaScript:

For Mac, go to: O menu > Preferences > Advanced > Content > JavaScript options
For UNIX and Windows, go to: O menu > Settings > Preferences > Advanced > Content > JavaScript options
Select the directory where you will put your User JavaScript files. Opera will load all files in the specified directory whose names end with .js and will use them as User JavaScript files. If a file name ends with .user.js it will be assumed to use Greasemonkey notation.

Anyway, I was not happy with the tagging dialog.

File is here: http://hotfile.com/dl/125076654/ee55102/wbwtaghelp.user.js.html

Features:
- Use tabs instead of a tree view
- Remember size and position.
- Have Lindros' comment as tooltip text.

/!\ need a modern browser, Firefox 5 or latest Chrome, for css 3 columns thingy.

That looks like some excellent work there! Maybe DIZ-X could use some of that on the new WBW version!
