Account Issue?

A friend of mine is trying to sighn up here... (WBW)! Anywho hes not getting a e-mail coformation. Tryed two seperate e-mails but still nothing?

Yeah, I must say I have reason to complain as well.
I got confirmation from the MultiSafePay people today that the transfer was booked. That mail arrived to me at about 9:30 in the morning. The WBW FAQ pretends that "within 12 hours after confirmation, the account will be activated".
LIKE HELL ??? I'm still indicated as 'free member' ??!

So, either the 12 hrs notion is total BIAS, or I have just been CONNED for a good 21 euro's. Outragious.

you have not been conned, WBW is a reputable bussiness and people have been sponsoring for years
i will get this looked at and sort your problem out ASAP.

WBW passed my test when i signed up for my free account- i voluntarily gave them all of my credit card numbers, DOB, sperm count, SS#,Blood type etc, and they only billed me when i signed up for a "sponsor" package.

Xandar: He never got a conf. email at all, its been a few weeks iv checked the Junk email folder, Cleared cookies/cache we tried it a few times, tried to start over and sign up fresh! I haven't PMed anyone i was gonna have him do it but obviously he cant. Should i get his email and all that info and pm a mod with that info?
