Ok, so I haven't found other topless photos (yet), but I did find a few non-nude shots and a bit of info.
Apparently she's called Francesca, is 20 and lives in London where she works in finance 9-5 Mon - Fri. She has natural 34d boobs and is a budding contortionist (which you will see in a couple of these shots). I got this info from her tumblr site, where she also mentions that she has done topless shots before but they were not supposed to be leaked. So, the fact she mentions 'shots' (plural) suggests there are more than that one out there.
