google use well known algoritms so there are programs which can change photo and after gogole can't handle with it but human's eye willn't see difference between them. Alsoi i can give articles where this depply described but i think you don't need this. Google images don't handle with many things now. This happen not only because they have old algorithms for public. The main reason is google politics and denieds at some sites for google bots. Google have more effective algorithms(many of them are on public, but without data base like google have) and only privacy police stop this for public implement and may be a few other factors but not implementation part.
