It won't let you download the pictures without completing a survey and providing an email address. Sounds kind of spammy to me.

That site is definitely spam/scam. It's a commonly used tactic generate traffic and revenue for old and widely available free content. There's also usually a promise of a "bonus" video, which of course doesn't exist.
