two thoughts:
1) she went too big, probably from an A cup to a DD, her surgeon should be shot.
2) it's possible her implants havene't "dropped" yet. after they drop, the overall look is more natural. one telltale sign is how her nipples appear uneven, one side is higher than the other. when my wife got hers, it took a few months for them to drop. Now that they have, her tits look fantastic.

See, here's the thing... This sort of woman looks wonderful in clothes, and you'd die to take her home and undress her.
