Lastly, I shouldn't be surprised by your claim that they're adults from your last statement. Are you actually suggesting that because a girl has hit puberty and is developed, that its ok to look at her pictures....regardless of her age? I really hope you're kidding? You can get anything but genital piercings at 16- NOT legal, and at ANY age with parental permission. I know and have known a ton of 15-17 year old girls with lots of belly, dermal, and facial piercings. That's as stupid as basing it off a tattoo so she "must" be legal.. Come on. Still some of these girls she be seriously looked at by someone (mod) who cares about questionable content as opposed to "she's really hot and mighttt be 18 so I'll leave it" mentality, though I hope that's not the reasoning.

Pretty fucking amazing attitude thrown out under the guise of "protecting America's children." All I did was express an observation about the ambiguity and hazy groundrules, (my point related specifically to selfshot images) and for that I'm essentially categorized as a pedophile. Wow. Talk about over-reacting! Somebody needs to rethink this.

The thread has been cleaned from UA and questionably aged pics (10 to 20 pics removed).

@SP : Keep calm when answering to someone. Even if he/she piss you off, it doesn't justify throwing personal attacks on him/her.

@Knobstock : Yes, a 16yo girl can take a pic of herself naked. But first, it doesn't mean the pic is supposed to be uploaded on the internet as SP said (she could keep it for herself or send it to her boyfriend or whatever). Secondly, it doesn't change the fact that a naked pic of an under-aged girl is illegal. By extent, as we are on a porn site, any pic of under-aged girls, even non-nude, aren't allowed by the rules to prevent any abuse. As it's impossible to tell for sure if a girl if 18+ or not everytime, we always go on the side of cautiousness and remove any pic that appears questionable.

I hope that clears things out and that the OP can continue this thread in peace (and without UA pics).

You can always create a thread in the feedback section if you want to discuss something about the site, or you can send me a PM. But we won't change the way we deal with UA and questionable pics though.
