Just to reinforce the rumors. It rains all the time here. The sun goes away in October and does not come back until May, and that's only for brief visits. While all of that isn't true ('cept the Seahawks part... the Belagio is behind them in the outdoor pics. They're in Vegas. It's that simple.

It's a lot more true than false.

- You've never heard anyone say "The mountain's out"?
- There's a month in the winter when it's dark going to and coming from work. While the sun has not set yet, the overcast makes it so that the sun's light doesn't reach the ground.
- I've been to the opera a few times, and yes, most of the guys have the same pained expression on their face.
- The Sonics are definately leaving, sorry if you don't believe it, but they're as good as gone.
- The M's do choke, but it's not their fault, this is just not a baseball town. But I don't care that they choke since I only care about the M's when the Sox are in town.

All that being said, I love it here. I've lived in most parts of the US, and there is truthfully nowhere else I'd rather live (well, I really like the foothills east of Sacramento, but I still prefer it here).
