Easy, see http://www.whatboyswant.com/forum_read/907066/1/10 for instructions. Basically all that you do is stick the URL of the pic between [ img] [ /img] tags (I added a space after each open square bracket so it would show up).

But not all sites let you hotlink to them, even if they show up in the preview they might get blocked later.
