I have no idea what the writing on these means. May be some way of the guy keeping track of who and what he did. That being said:

The writing is what they'll do (i.e. boy/girl - girl/girl, etc....). It's prolly from a porn producer or director or casting person's database.

Yeah, they look like test shots for a magazine. Looks like a blown up magazine cover on the wall in some of the pics. But they're hot looking women , good find.

Unfortunately that is all I could find. And now the descriptions make a little more sense. I had not thought of the porn angle but that does fit perfectly.
