While some of the images, such as those directly above this post are amateurs participating in some kind of public event, the vast majority of the images contain professional models that are hired and paid well to undergo the long process of a quality paint job, and used in the promotional manner their fleshy billboard was intended, whether it is just to draw a drinking crowd to a street event, or men into a vendor booth.

The difference between the two is generally obvious by the quality and detail of the paint job. Some women will pay a decent dollar to a street painter during such things as Mardi Gras and similar festivals, but most of the images I've seen here are professional.
