Lake Havasu is a party town (during the summer months, at least) on the Colorado River, which also happens to the border between California and Arizona. To get there, you pretty much have to go east on Route 40 from Victorville, or head west from Flagstaff. And -- yes -- if you visit during spring break, you absolutely will see women flashing and plenty of drunks.

Always wanted to take the boat out to Havasu. It's a bit of a tow from Fort Lauderdale though.
