Funny thing is - my wife was VERY flat chested when we first met (not quite this much) but always had perfect nipples. Shortly after we started dating (I guess she was 21) she started aching a bunch and over the course of about a month or two she went from an A - to a B, then busted out of a B to a full C. She was even accused of getting implants but considering we were college students who did well to afford drinking money that was not an option!
