I think it's more like "You'd be surprised how soft a good silicone implant is..." when chosen and installed correctly...over time. It's not a matter of silicone vs saline, both CAN be great. Time is the key; augmented breasts will "settle in" after a couple years and can develop a feel and action much like naturals and you can be hard pressed to tell the difference. My wife got saline (after a medical procedure) and the doc gave her "breast exercises". i.e working the implant, to do to keep the surrounding tissues pliable and non-hardening. Turned out great. Asian models have some great augmentations that tend to be much more natural vs American balloons due to different ways the docs do the procedure.
