Physiologically all humans start as asexual, then the SRY gene on the Y chromosome starts the conversion to manhood (XY), without the SRY gene (XX) the vagina developes. I'll bet these women have higher than normal testosterone levels producing incomplete vaginal openings. The clitoris of the vagina is the glans of the penis, they're physiologically the same thing. Dude it was a joke, I googled "big clits" and this is what showed up first but I'll humor you anyway.

Physiologically it just shows us how similar men and women are, and how a hormonal problem can bring that out. I mean the pic on the left is of the pro wrestler chyna, who obviously has hormonal issues.

By ecumenically I'm going to assume that you mean that there's this singular ideal of what a woman's body should look like, and frankly that's bullshit I like em all shapes and sizes.
