that's not a c-section scar... those are usually horizontal, this one is a vertical stem to stern scar from abdominal surgery

pfannestiel scars are horizontal- they are most common in the US nowadays- but many people still get vertical skin incision- especially outside the US
true- it is not definitely a c-section scar, though
