When I went through the tread the content had already been posted so can't go back in time and stop the user.
If you feel some are still here, feel free to report them. I have a pretty strict view on UA content and am pretty confident the thread is mostly cleared from those.

I have watched this apparent effort to keep photos of underaged girls off this site for years with amusement. OK, I get it: we don't want to promote sexual behavior toward girls who are under the arbitrary age of 18. I'm in favor of subjectively deleting posts that appear to exploit children. That's tough to do, given that the "ideal" body is often represented by a girl who is barely of age. That task is further complicated by the tendency for young women to work every possible trick (makeup, etc) to look older, and the same effort by women beginning to lose their perkiness doing what they can to look underage.

But, don't pretend you're eliminating underage models. The only way to be sure of a person's age is to identify her, so that means WBW should never, ever post a photo that does not show a face.

I know this comment will set off all sorts of alarm bells, but I thought it needed to be said.

Your point is valid. No-face shots are even harder to judge indeed but pics often come in series so we can at least see a face or another angle on the body to judge the age of the model. Other times, it's just obvious, based on what we can see, that the girl isn't young.
Not saying I'm 100% sure there's no UA girl in there because it's impossible to know for sure unless we can identify everyone, as you said. But we still try to remove everything that may look UA; and I've deleted pictures that don't show a face as UA too.

We could also bring the argument that any picture could be the result of revenge-porn which is illegal too. In the end, it's a matter of trying to find the best balance between no-content and illegal content. So far, we've always been on the side of having less content than hosting illegal content by deleting everything that is questionable, even if it may not be illegal.
