What's up with this girl?

She looks relatively thin but what's up with all those rolls on her body?

Was she really fat and lost a lot of weight and her skin looks like that now?

She does have a really cute face.

looks more like loose skin i.e she was fat and lost it .

Could be, or maybe she just doesn't work out and has a potbelly
