From what I've seen elswhere, and on her sister's Webshots album, her name is Shannon, Shannah, or Shane. Pics below are of she and her sister. There's also a third sister, who's nearly as large. I'll post some of her in a bit.

As for her being the next Amanda Wenk, no chance. Amanda is a bit better looking, but so far this girl hasn't flipped out about her pics floating all over the net. And her friends are way hotter than Amanda's. Case in point:
