I thought halloween costumes were meant to be scary, like witches and devils? Or are things different in other countries?

Here in the States Halloween is an excuse for women to dress like complete skanks, which I don't mind, they usually look great...But like it was mentioned above, putting on lingerie and calling it a costume is not a costume at all. At least go out and buy a slutty nurse costume, or the evil slutty witch costume. Oh how I miss the college Halloween parties though, they were the best. I'm waiting for a girl to show up naked to out do her friends at a Halloween party and call it a costume.
