girls that need breast reduction surgery

I have a friend who has ridiculously large natural tits. She wants to get them reduced because they hurt her back. When she still lived at home her dad wouldn't let her get them reduced because he said that's a decision her future husband should make. LMAO!

Is there a such thing as reduction NEEDED? lol god bless the boobs

it all depends on the girl someone 5 feet tall american looks great with 36C.

a girl 1.70 could have a 38C od D and look fine too.

plus they are just appetizers for the good places.
