Thats funny, I just asked my Finnish friends at work that are here now (exchange program from various Sokos Hotels in Finland) and they say the ratio is better here in Southern California, and they have been all over the world. I personally think its Brazil.

I guess I'll find out when I goto Helsinki and try out my pick-up line, "Ma haloon nusia swa". . (please excuse the spelling!)
