After all, your paying for sex..... I bet some magistrates office somewhere in the U.S is just drooling at the prospect of making a huge case about selling sex on the internet.

Even if it takes place at the bunny ranch, the deal was still made in areas, where prostitution is illegal. And yes guys, this is prostitution.

Hardly. The deal is being made in Nevada, the sex is happening in Nevada, the entire transaction is being made in Nevada. Just like with online gambling. The actual action in those takes place on webservers in another country (most often on an Indian reservation in Canada), so there's nothing a US court (or state court or whoever) can do about it. There was a huge case not to long ago where the state of Kentucky tried to seize all the domains for internet gambling (because it was too much competition for their horse racing...), but got absolutely wrecked in federal court.
