I had to click on the link to find out who she is. Maybe a lot of the responses are from people who have seen her personality and seen more of her. Considering this picture is all I've seen, I had to base my decision solely on this single photo. But honestly, the photo does not look like a girl I would either brown bag, or try to hide from my friends.

I think her personality qualifies her as a "this". I don't think any woman should be called that based on looks alone but when you have a personality as God awful as hers then yeah I think any number of derogatory terms can be appropriately applied to her.
