Jeff, I agree... there are parents out there that could take a civil liberty such as deciding when their child is a legal adult and abuse that liberty. Yes, and I do believe in government. I do believe we must have people that help run our country and create laws. But the "state" as you put it is now deciding what is moral and right. Ok, to explain something.
Those laws are for the age of consent.
I looked at Georgia, and it said 16, BUT, anyone over 18 cannot have sex with anyone under 18.
Those are only consent laws.

I'm sure it's some sort of legal loophole that allowed her to be naked in the movie who knows. It was her and not a body double, but Jessica Alba did have a body double in some movie she did reciently.
