Look at these pics, maybe I am crazy here, but I don't know that they are fake. If they are the doctor is amazing, as you can't see ANY scars.

All I know for sure is, fake or not fake, there is not a single guy that can look at her smoking body & actually mean he would kick her out of bed. I know I wouldn't !!

Granted everything you just said, I think they're fake. I've seen a lot of times there th incision is made under the bottom of the breast. That might be the case here. And though they do get that little bit of sag, I think they have can just not fill the all the way to give them that effect.

I dunno, but they definitely look like they have had some sort of work done on them. There's something about them.
