This is a work around but you may not want to do it.
If you are using Chrome click the padlock in the address bar,
Click Site settings in the menu that pops up
Set Insecure content to Allow.
This will get the pictures to display.
Chrome is bouncing them because they are being requested as http from a https site http insecure https secure.
