Kanzen, you are talking out of your ass. In your message entiltiled 'Meet your spammer, GRIGORY ANISKOV.' you are clearly upset by his spamming. You obviously are very much against spamming. Yet in your reply to my PM regarding hotlinking, you respond very childishly;

"Oh no, better sue the entire fricken internet."

Hotlinking is WORSE than spamming. So if he can be reported, maybe you should be too? You are encouraging theft!!!! Hotlinking is costing unaware webmasters. Not very nice and even more annoying than spam.

You really have no idea! How is it advertising if a link is hardly ever present with the pic? Unless people right click and go to 'properties' for example, they would not see the site in which it is from.

As for legal proof blah blah (as you requested), I can give you evidence no probs, COPYRIGHT LAWS are being infringed. These pics are being used without the owners consent. But hey, I guess it is all advertising, right?

you will also note that there has never ever ever been a conviction for copyright infringment due to hotlinking

if the sites want to block hotlinking then thats completely their choice... if they choose JUST to block our site then great, by all means, please do.

anytime a site has ever sent us a message with a complaint out the hotlinking to our site (this has happened VERY rarely) we have told them the same response, and they did so.

im sick of hearing about this already.

It says threatened, and to be exactly specific on the case the guy never did prove or give any actual evidence of his employment or ownership at the site. In fact his grammar, and finesse of handling would of shown that he most likely did not work for the site. Business people rarely call other people "asshole shit suckers." There was never any charges passed, find a single porno creator that has actually filed a lawsuit.

Also stop claiming I "encouraged" and "condoned" hotlinking. No where in any of my stickies did it ever say "STEAL IMAGES AND POST THEM WITH HOTLINKS."

How about this? You go to every single website on the internet and make sure the webmaster reads that site and complies. Or how about this you admit that you yourself just violated a copyright by using the name of the website you just linked WITHOUT PERMISSION. How about all the bandwidth thats going to be absorbed from your link?

Or you could also try to run a website with 120,000 members for free.
