Actually its not fake. Its a shoot she and her hubby (owner of Hegre) did together last year. She talked about it on the site when it first came out.

Yeh they really were doing it during the shoot according to Luba. If you're a member of the site you can read the transcript of the chat she had about it. She also talked about doing another shoot liek it but so far I haven't seen one and its been awhile since this one was posted.
