Actually, if you look at the original from the magazine that published the picture, there is no faker's tag. That tag must have been added later by someone who wanted credit for it. If you want proof of that, go to egotastic. They have two versions of the picture. One, as is, from the magazine, one that's been edited and cropped. Only the second one has the tag.

It's definitely legit folks.

Because somehow, in the bizarre world of the internet, saying something is fake despite evidence to the contrary makes people believe they sound like an authority. Has anybody tried to decipher what one of the cynics was calling a "faker tag"? In at least one shot I saw, it looked very much like, "As seen in..." In other words, not a faker tag, but an attempt to legitimize the shot.

Me, I think it's real. Every time I see a picture of someone who's purportedly Jen topless, I look at the nips and think back to the episode of "Friends" where she managed to get pokey through a denim shirt. And I ask myself, "Could those bastards poke through denim?"

The nipples in this picture? Yeah. Yeah, they'd go through denim.

I received a letter today from a law firm asking me to remove all the references which exploit the images from Choc Magazine! As you all know, I never had any of those images here in the first place, but merely links to other sites which had them, but I have taken the letter to mean that I am not allowed to have the links, so I removed them. Frankly, I don't know if linking to other sites is any kind of illegal activity, but I certainly don't want to mess with them, so I removed all the related links.

Since the letter specifically states that Universal claims to own the copyright to the image from Choc on the basis of ownership of The Break-Up, I guess we can assume that the image really is from The Break-Up, and not just a fake!

To elaborate, his e-mail to me specifically refers to the Choc picture as "the stolen image," which means it ain't just some old photoshop mock-up!

His use of the term "stolen" also means that it is not just an image from a European DVD, as some have speculated, but must be a frame lifted from uncropped footage by somebody lacking the permission to do so.

Oddly enough, that means that Aniston had to have been walking around completely topless (no pasties, i.e.) to film a scene for a movie with no topless scene! Pretty risky move for an actress so paranoid about topless images of herself.
