its fake and you can tell by the hair on the left shoulder because it seems to blend together where hair is going diagonally (nearly horizontally) while other hair is going down and also the hair is blurred to a degree yet the hair directly around the face is in high level focus almost like its in hd and the rest is not hd. add to that Emma Watson is smart enough to know not to ruin her carrer with things like this since she is right now only starting to make it into other large scale movies outside the Harry Potter franchise and its about to end for her soon. she needs good press not tabloid media attention like Paris Hilton or Kim Kardashian.

Also, that's a pretty small fucking toilet. How may shots of women in the bathroom have them covering the whole thing up. She's a small girl so unless her hips have gotten huge, it's a fake.

That pics been around for a long time now. It's as fake as can be.

It amazes me how bad people are at evaluating fake pics but yet they all speak like they know what they're talking about and are pro's. I find it hilarious it says right on the umbrella "faked by" but yet people are talking about shadows and all of this. Real observant guys, great job.

Everyone who thought for even half a second that this pic was real should officially consider themselves inept and lacking common sense. Even IF the "faked by" thing wasn't there. No pic this high quality of a real celebrity as famous as her would end up online without it being major world news within a day. Even semi-famous reality stars who I've never heard of make major news coverage when they have leaked pics/vids. There's no way any member of the Harry Potter cast is gonna slip under the media's radar with nude pics that clear and blatantly obvious.
