I lifted that pic off a "body painting" website.

I think it's real. That's not a dummy, there are no seams or joints in the "skin", but rather a perfect replication of the original artwork, but the paint continues down her calves, where the original is cut off. My thoughts, anyway.

I think it is a cloned with photoshop, is there a photography expert? don't care
